He/she is in good physical condition and free from handicaps which would otherwise preclude participation in the program. I acknowledge ski training and competition can present risks of serious injury or even death from such hazards as weather, obstacles, race or practice courses, snow conditions and equipment, and we hereby release Alyeska Mighty Mites, its coaches, directors, volunteers, representatives and sponsors from all liability or responsibility whatsoever for injury, death or loss to my child resulting from his/her participation in this program.
